    The petition to organize Dadiangas Lodge No. 225 was originally signed by 39 Master Masons coming from Mount Matutum Lodge No. 156, Koronadal Lodge No. 209 and Indang Lodge No. 115. Mount Matutum Lodge No. 156 endorsed its organiztion to the Grand Lodge of the Philippines and was unanimously approved for Dadiangas Lodge to be organized under dispensation until June 15, 1978 and from that time on, the Lodge undertook Masonic activities.

    On April 28, 1979, during the Annual Communication of the Grand Lodge of the Philippines, the Lodge Received  the approval of its Charter and was assigned the Lodge Number 225 at that time the Masonic District Number was still 37.

    On June 30, 1979, Most Worshipful Jolly R. Bugarin, the then incumbent Grand Master of Free and Accepted Masons of the Philippines, came over to General Santos City and officially constituted Dadiangas Lodge No. 225.

    The following Master Masons were installed as Charter Officers:
